Javier is a Director of Nockolds Lawyers Spain and is the Head of International of Nockolds Solicitors in England. He is a dual qualified Spanish lawyer (Abogado) and Solicitor and works from our London office.

Javier has been practising English and Spanish law in England for over 10 years. He specialises in inheritance matters with cross-border elements between both jurisdictions and he has wide experience in advising clients on sales and purchases of residential and commercial property, as well as in handling transfers by way of gift and dissolutions of joint ownership.

He also assists English and Spanish companies with the process of setting up their business in Spain or in England, respectively; and he helps many Spanish businesses and Communities of Property Owners to recover unpaid debts and community fees when debtors are in England or Wales, which sometimes involves the registration and the enforcement of Spanish judgments in that jurisdiction.
